Al said...: Yes, that is the BSOD. I got one of those last week, and the message was pure gobbledygook. Took it to my guru's shop, got it back two days later, cost me $345 (about £183)and change. But that included a new memory chip, new card for the monitor, Windows XP in place of Win2000, and of course the labor. They don't call it the BSOD for nothing.; 5:33 pm, May 11, 2006
