I. LOVE. APPLE.

Yeh i kno i kno i go on and on but this isnt about macs. Or iPods. Just apple. I got Lily Allens album off itunes and its GREAT. love it. BUT some of the tracks have tiny wee pops in them, like just 3 tiny clicks per song maybe on about 60% of the album. i just thought i would email them about it and see wht they said...

Ben: "About 4 or 5 tracks from this album have stutters in them. Very small and quick blips or clicks. It just sounds like a dodgy mp3 file from limewire  or something, something which I had hoped to avoid by using the ITMS now.
Just wondering if this was maybe a glitch in my internet connection when downloading them or who knows what. Anything i can do?"

THE NEXT DAY Stu, from apple sent me this:
Dear Ben,

I'm sorry to hear that the item you purchased didn't meet the standard of quality you have come to expect from the iTunes Store. Apple takes the quality of the products offered on the iTunes Store very seriously and will investigate the issue you reported.

I have reversed the charge for the purchase. You will see a credit of £7.99 in three to five business days.

Please wait a couple of weeks before purchasing the title again. The issue you reported should be resolved by then.

I hope that you continue to enjoy purchasing music from the iTunes Store.

Sincerely,

Stu

HOW NICE WAS THAT!? So i have this album now for free essentially, and i can use the money toward another album! Thanks Stu. I now forgive u for screwing up the 1st Generation Imac G5. aha. ha. not.

Seriously Though, thats just cool. :D
