My Discovery.

If you do 15 reps, then rest for a bit, then do 15 more...etc..etc
you can do a lot of press ups.
BUT.
if you stop for more than like, 10 mins (to get a shower for example)
your arms give up.
and now i cant do any more lol.

That is what i have discovered today. :)
